Do you take your own advice there coach?

Everyone gets on here and says what they would do if they were the OP - I am wondering how many of us take our own advice.

I have been writing down all of the general advice that I give out to people and trying see if I follow it, but it is pretty challenging - do y'all actually do what you would recommend if you were your own coach ? ?

A lot of the time, yes. Sure there are times that I stumble, but I try not to give advice that I haven't yet tested myself.

I also just noticed this about myself. When I give the advise I am walking it and talking it. Maybe a couple of days later I am doing exactly what the OP asked about without any idea of or solution to what I am doing.

i've been very successful so far and people ask my advice and what worked for me. the problem now is that i've become complacent (maintaining) and feel like i need a little coaching myself to get back into those good habits that i share. i feel a bit hypocritical, but i do know what works (for me) so i'm not afraid to share it, i just need to start listening to my own advice again.
