First on, last off theory?

I've been thinking.. When I first started on my weight loss journey, I lost a decent amount pretty fast. Do you think this was what I had most recently (at that point) put on?

I've always had a bit of a belly.. My arms have always been a little chubby. My legs are pretty thick. I've lost about 35lbs so far but these things don't seem to be going away. But according to everyone else, I look smaller.

So do you think the problem areas you've had the longest are the last ones to go away?

no doubt. Everyone is genetically predisposed to store fat in certain places so that is all - keep workin' !
