I'm always tired, even after I've had a couple of cups of coffee. Is it as simple as needing to sleep more?

You might be low on iron. That can make you really tired.
Or if you're doing a low carb plan, that can make you tired as well.

1. low sleep
2. poor nutrition
3. too much exercise
4. low blood sugar
5. not enought exercise
tell us what is up with you and we can tell you how to ENGERGIZE yourself...

I have found that most often, people just need more sleep - whatever that means for them. I used to work with people with sleep disorders, and yes, often it is that simple. If it does not work, absolutely see your MD for s lab work up.
BTW, sleep can also drastically affect your weight...! I personally found when I sleep more hours, I lose weight much easier.
