Any Suggestions?????

Anyone familiar with Adult ADD/ADHD?

I have recently read that Exercise can help people with ADD/ADHD and I was wondering if anyone can confirm this or has any suggestions with coping with it.

biofeedback therapy works on children and adults for ADD/ADHD. it's worth a shot! I do it with my children just because they are better in school, are happier, think clearer and it's homeopathic. My chiropractor does it to his 11 year old daughter who has ADD--she went from d's and f's to a's and b's. i've seen what it can do!

Thanks for junking up the Lounge with a reposting just a few hours later with a vague subject. Is this sort of behavior symptomatic of your problem?

Take a hike 2:13...

some people can be so rude....

OP, depending on where you live there are doctors that specialize in Adult ADD/ADHD. Do a Google search in your area. Depending on the severity of the case, exercise can help.

Thanks for the Feedback everyone!

I will take a look at the Bio Feedback. I don't want to use pills...I'm looking for more natural solutions.

As for Junking up the lounge.....Not even close....At least my post had a real meaning. And for you informtion....Yes reposting is probably part of the ADD....it got you to actually take a look didn't it? You didn't have to post just to be rude. You could have ignored it.

Add/ADHD is very common among adults. A lot of adults are just now finding out they have ADD/ADHD because it wasn't recognized until about the 80's I think. Exercise does seem to help quite a bit.

Check out this website, they had great exercise advise for ADD/ADHD

Sorry I don't have any advice, but If I hear of anything I will post it. Don't worry about the JERK who complained about the reposting. When it come to Medical questions...we all want answers.

Yup, it got this JERK to take a look - and give you feedback about how annoying your behavior is, diseased or not. Hopefully exercise will help keep it under control.
