Need snack tray ideas

I need some help here! I have a vegetable/fruit tray that I keep filled with healthy snacks. The problem is that I am getting a little bored with the same type things I am always putting in it.

I need some creative suggestions to help me keep it new and interesting.

The list of usuals is carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, grapes, oranges melons, cheese, hard boiled eggs, strawberries.

Thats what I can think of for now. Thanks for your help ahead of time.

apple slices are yummy, especially if you put a bit of peanut butter on them. Then you get your daily protein, too.

I'm not sure I understand the concept of a "snack tray" but here are some suggestions

Almonds (no salt)
Yogurt
Cottage cheese
Dried fruits (high in calories/only in moderation)
Kashi makes really good Peanut Butter granola bars
Celery w/ a little cream cheese or peanut butter on it

how about the following:

Apples (sprinkle with lemon juice to keep it from turning brown) you can add a dash of cinnamon to "sweeten" the flavor as well)
Broccoli florets
Asparagus
zucchini slices
Nuts (in single serving packets-- or it is easy to overeat!)
bananas (in the peels)

Healthy Dips:
Corn & black bean salsa-- You can put that on your veggies as well. Very healthy & high in protein, if you make your own.

Fage Total 0% FF Greek Yogurt - mix with some herbs and/or spices for a great fat free dip.

Veggie dip suggested herbs:
Fage 0%
Fresh herbs (such as: Chives, green onion, dill, shallots, garlic, basil, cumin, cilantro, ground black pepper cayenne pepper, etc.)

**NOTE: Do not mix all of these herbs together--puree or chop the herbs up really fine and add 1 or 2 of them and taste to see if you like it!!)

Mix it with a little sea salt to taste.

fruit dip:
Fage 0%, Agave nectar (used like honey to take the edge off of the yogurt--it has a low in glycemic index), pumpkin pie spice, vanilla. If you like chocolate, add some unsweetened cocoa powder and then add additional agave nectar to taste. It almost tastes like pudding!

Hummus
Tabouleh
Babaganoush
Bell pepper strips
Olives
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Babybel-type individual tiny cheeses

Weird one: beef jerky (it's very low in fat, keeps low-carbers happy)

I entertain for a living. When I am making a cheese/snack tray, first I think of a theme, today it was mediterranean. I use crisps (toasted bread slices) instead of crackers. I also include, roasted red pepper slices rolled and pegged with a toothpick, pepper crusted salami, rosemary crusted goat cheese, roasted red pepper spread, mediterranean caviar spread, lemon pesto, and olive medley. Remind your guests that the olives may be have pits and give them a side dish for them. This isn't for everyone--but it is different and impressive. Try it out!

How about:

lavosh crackers. I cut a big lavosh square into three-inch strips, spray both sides with olive oil spray, sprinkle with a little pepper, some garlic powder, italian seasoning, and a tiny bit of really good parmesan, then bake them on a tray for about 8 minutes until they're crispy.

You can string a few berries on toothpicks (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) and provide a yogurt dip.
