I want a large smoothie right now.

But i know that they can be like 600 calories! Any ingredients that can make it more snack like (200?)

Definitely! But you'll have to make it yourself...

Use frozen fruit (strawberries, or buy the bag of "mixed berries", skim milk, and ice. Or, fresh berries, skim, and ice. A banana itself is around 150 calories, so if you want one, maybe just use half of one?

Skip the yogurt, ice cream, juice, etc. That'll keep the calories down.

Or, if you use yogurt, use the Fage Total 0% (or some other fat free plain yogurt)

Jamba Juice rocks!

Go to Jamba Juice and order one of their Enlightened ones -- their huge 32oz size comes to 300-380 cals depending on which one you order. I'm particularly fond of Berry Fulfilling and Passion Berry Breeze. They use some patented low-cal non-yogurt base for their Enlightened line. I often buy the 32oz size and divvy it up over 3 days -- even though they're made with ice, it doesn't seem to get too liquidy. Mm...maybe I'll go get one this afternoon...

The winner

I have the best smoothie ever! Use water, a banana, and a dash of Crystal Light Lemonade to a blender filled with 1/2-1 cup of ice. You will love it! Bananas and lemonade don't sound great, but it is wonderful.
