Pilates Experiment has room for one more member
We have room for one more!
The original intent of the group was to see what pilates could do for toning up our bodies. I've been doing pilates on a regular basis now and the transformation I've made in just 2 weeks is amazing. One of our group members will be teaching Pilates in April. It'd be nice if we could find one other active logger who plans on incorporating pilates into their workouts (20 mins. 3 times a week - min.).

I've been doing pilates tapes regularly for two years(Pilates for Dummies, Denise Austin) and definitely have got results. I'm interested in increasing my workouts and finding new tapes. I would be interested in joining your group
