Plateau suggestions?

I have been trying to lose those last 10 pounds for a few months. I have tried cutting back on calories and varying my workouts, but I don't see any results on the scale. I feel more toned and muscular, but have not seen any other significant results and it's so frustrating. Any advice on how to break out of a plateau?

I'm having similar problems. Be careful that you're not cutting back too much on calories. You could mess with your metabolism and trick your body into gaining weight.
Perhaps you're at the weight you need to be?

I agree witht he above poster, make sure your not cutting out to many calories. Do you weight train? A friend of mind give me an idea of doing my weight training circit in reverse. I did my training in reverse for 2 weeks and noticed a change in my muscle build.
