My wine habit.
I read this about how many calories a glass of wine really is. Eye opening, I think I'm drinking an extra 200 calories every time I imbibe.

a former roommate and i used to "save" calories for the day so we could each have 3 or 4 "80 calorie" glasses of wine every friday night . . . .we were having trouble losing weight despite all our "hard work" . . . of course we too were FILLING our glasses! haha! definitely not 80 calorie glasses of wine!

I had a "light beer" habit. It ended up being 700 calories a night. Once I started keeping track of my calories, I stopped drinking light beer. (OR any beer except maybe one night a weekend)
I switched to a flavored vodka or rum and crystal lite.

I have a small glass of red wine every night with dinner. It needs to be worked in with your overall eating plan. Red wine is especially chock full of antioxidants and has been shown to reduce cardiac risk.
