What kind of energy bars are the best for you??
A lot of times after work and before I run I will have an energy bar. I know that many of them are filled with sugar and such but, I am looking for a good one to satisfy my hunger and satisfy me all at the same time. Any suggestions?????

Kashi bars are great because they aren't full of all the additives, etc.. However, because of the hgh fiber content they may not work for you before a run. You'll have to test for yourself.
As another thought...on the recommendation of another peertrainer, I recently mixed a jar of natural peanut butter with 3 cups of chocolate whey protein and then rolled them in to balls. If you keep them in the fridge they last a long time. Mine have been in the fridge 2 weeks and they still taste good. This may be a cheaper, healtheir route for you to take.

Ooo that sounds yummy.
Odwalla Berries Go Mega is awesome. All Clif bars are amazing too (try the cherry almond one). Luna is good for fiber, few calories, and amazing taste.
