Target

That's where I get some of my stuff, otherwise I shop the sales racks at Dick's. The quality of Target pieces is pretty good, I even get my sports bras there. They're very supportive for my 36C size. Hope you have one near you to check out, otherwise you can look on line too.

Target does have alot of cute workout clothes. There seems to be more of a selection of quality clothes. Good luck in finding what you are looking for.

I don't know if you have them there but I like the brands/quality at Kohls. I also find decent prices at JC Pennys and Target. The other thing you can do is shop ebay. Good prices but you can't do a try-on and thats risky.

I don't know if there is one where you are, but try Ross Dress For Less (google them to see if there's a store near you- they're in 27 states)

They're a discount store, a bit like daffy's only less nice-looking and therefore they offer Brand Name clothing for very cheap prices. I can always get Nike tops for $5 there, or a tennis skirt for $5. They do a large selection of sizes too. And they also do cheap athletic socks (always a necessity).

Try campmor

They have some decent quality clothing (for hiking & athletics)
Some for really inexpensive-- I got some wicking shirts for $10 a piece)...
www.campmor.com

Another place to look is REI--they also sell camping / exercise clothes-- I look at their discount site online. Here's their main site.

I sometimes find stuff at Kohles. If you have one in your area, check them out. I like their sports bras and work out pants. Target is good too, depending on what you are looking for.

The good stuff is worth it...

Nothing like a crotch with pilling, sudden holes, loose elastic waisted pants or bad fits in clicgy materials to make you look worse than you should.

Cheap Workout Clothes

There is an old saying "I don't have enough money to afford cheap things." You are better off buying quality goods on sale. Patagonia makes excellent clothes- I have jackets that I have owned for 15 years and still use them. Addidas makes very comfortable workout gear. Cheap clothes are less likely to be comfortable as well. You want to be as comfortable as possible when you workout.

Nike gear can be kind of spendy, but I have an outlet near me and I can get most things for at least half what they charge at their regular retail outlets. Their stuff takes a beating, looks good and lasts! I have 3 pairs of pants that I have washed weekly for 2 years now and they all still look like new. I agree with the Target recommendation too - best cheap sports bras!

I have been in denial about the shape of my left and right buttocks...caught a naked sideview in the mirror and it is gunched at the top, flat and saggy at the bottom. I wear capri athletic pants but don't work out in public

For REALLY cheap work out clothes go to the local thrift store. You'll find lots of name brands and hardly worn items that people once liked well enough to buy but didn't get around to using much.

I do feel great when I love my workout clothes, I just bought 2 new under armour shirts, they look so much better on me than the baggy t-shirt. I do wear many different things. I never pay full price, shop around, all the places mentioned above. TJ Maxx, Sports Authority, Dicks, Nike Outlet, Target.......look good, feel good, workout more. Good luck

Check out my website: DoYogaatWork.net The clothes can be worn for any sport and the prices are great. The pants are 95%cotton and 5% spandex and they can be laundered again and again without losing their great look.

BODYPOST - The brand that totally surprised me.

This is really the brand, I quit buying Adidas after wearing this brand. I must say the special HyBreez fabrics and workmanship is absolutely beautiful, surpassed general brands like UA or Adidas. BODYPOST is only sold online, their sports lines includes Kickboxing, Yoga, Free Running, Marathon, Tennis, and Fashion Dance types of clothing both made for urban and outdoors.

The most amazing part is the prices are generally half of the regular brands you find in the stores. I guessed they've cut down the cost on rent and staffs so buyers will benefit from getting the sports wear for less. Here is their website www.bodypost.com
