my fav is the following but you can make up your very own combo w/ ing you like
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cp frozen bag ( seasoned green pepper & onion mix)
2-3 diced dill pickles
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 egg white
cover and bake 350 for 45 min
uncover and top w/ salsa or * hunts chili sauce
bake an extra 5 min to set sauce
low calorie and low in fat
note: i cut loaf in to portion sizes and freeze for guick meal later

Here is one that I found and absolutely love. I do WW and the loaf serves 6 with each portion being 6 pt. So although I don't know how high in fat I do know that it can't be too high if it is only 6 points. Everyone who has tasted it loves it and wants the recipe.

Spray non-stick large loaf pan with cooking spray
pack down 1/2 cp brown sugar (not packed a loose 1/2 cp, I use a little less)
spread 1/2 cp katchup on top of that.
In large bowl combine 1.25 lb lean ground turkey, small chopped onion, 1/2 cp skim milk, 2 eggs, 1.5 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp ground ginger and 3/4 cup saltine crackers (unsalted or salted)
Mix really well and dump on top of ketchup and bake at 350 for an hour.

The meat mixture will be soft and not well formed but don't worry, it comes out so moist and easy to cut and it won't fall apart. I have tweaked the recipe a little and use egg beaters and rice milk and it is still awesome. I probably use about 1/3 cp brown sugar.
