quick I got three days!!

I got three days to fit into a skirt I wore maybe 4 months ago when I might have been about two to three pounds lighter, any suggestions on how to loose weight in three days for a huge party I am going to?

Do some pilates!

Try doing it morning and night!

Reduce your salt

i would greatly cut salk from your diet as it will cause you to retain water. You will typically lose 1-3 lbs of water weight. Try using a sauna for quicker results- just limit your time, and it you feel sick, stop using it for awhile.

For the next three days: don't eat anything with wheat. Avoid grains and starches. Eat lean meat (fish is ideal). Drink only water, and a generous amount. Eat lots of leafy green veggies. Avoid sugar and salt. If you're willing to do it for three days, odds are you'll fit in the skirt. Just depends on what your willing to do- how badly do you want to fit in the skirt?

Honestly, I would just go out and buy a new outfit that fits! And then try to lose the weight healthfully . . . because what you will mostly lose in 2-3 days is mostly water weight, which you will gain back while drinking/eating anything at the party, which is sure to inhibit your enjoyment of the night.

I agree with the above poster.

Crash dieting isn't very good for your health....

Get something that fits, and then work over the long haul to get back into your old dress...

If you cut out sodium and drink a lot of water, you really shouldn't need to "crash" diet, and you should easily drop 2-3 lbs in a couple days. It will come back, but that doesn't sound like a concern of yours. Just try to eat what people refer to as "clean" foods - meats and fruits and veggies, nothing processed, b/c processing usually involves adding a ton of salt.
