frederick Hagerstown MAryland Area...

Hi im looking for people in the frederick Maryland Hagerstown area who know of any great places to take classes to help get in shape..... im so bored with walking and everything else...and i cant seem to get back up to doing a workout..... I was interested in dancing classes....dop they let fat people in?? and other forms..... just wondering!!! i dont want something thats too costly!thanks lindsey~~

I moved to the UK now, but...

I used to have a Fitness First membership. They have, I think, two gyms in Frederick and several along the 355. LOTS of classes! Classes are free with the membership, and membership is about $30/month. It's a clean club that has lots of locations, at a good price, and the classes are really good and there are LOTS of them! Not intimidating either. I'm including their website link.
