The Biggest Loser

Does anyone watch the show? They are having another special addition show on Wed. at 8pm. I believe it's marine wives vs. navy wives. I think the show is great! I'm curious to see what others think!

Thanks for the heads-up! I love this show. I still say they put too much focus on exercise and not enough on food (you always see them exercising but they rarely ever focus on making healthy food choices, but that's just the problem with the show being sponsored by 24-Hour Fitness), but I can't wait to see it.

I LOVE the Biggest Loser. The only thing bad is that it sets unrealistic goals for me. If I could work out 6 hours a day, I think I too, could lose 12 pounds a week!!

I love biggest loser I just don't understand how they are able to lose that much weight so quick. I would love to be on the show just don't know if I could do all the exercise. I am so glad the show is coming on again it has been to long.

I love the show. I understand that it's not possible for me (or any normal person) to lose that much weight so quickly. But it's inspirational to see the ways their bodies change. It's proof for me that my hard work will pay off and it IS possible to change the shape of my body, even if it's at a slower rate. I can't for Wednesday!

Great Show!

I also think it is a great show. You do have to keep in mind that these people are working out for numerous hours a day and have a very restricted and well planned diet layed out for them. Of course, if everyone had Jilliam or Bob as their trainer we would look like super models. However, it teaches you that anything is possible with dedication and motivation.

Marine Wives vs. Navy Wives

So, what did you think of the show last night? I can't wait for next week! These ladies are going to have it rough when they go home. They'll have to make exercise a priority while taking care of their children without the help of their husbands!

I loved last night's show. I know I am going to cry so hard when their husbands return. I cannot imagine my boyfriend being away from me for that length of time.... I cannot wait to see how they incorporate what they've learned into their lives....

I have never seen this show before! I don't watch t.v. really, if it's on - it's preschool or cartoon related. :<) But I sometimes watch movies in the evening. When is it on and what station?

I'm also a military wife (and daughter and granddaughter and cousin...etc. etc.), so this one was particularly touching. I'm really looking forward to next week's finale. I was rooting for the Navy team all along because there's a lot of ex-Navy in my family. But really you end up rooting for all of them!

I loved it, the one girl on the red team was a little to negative though, they should all be happy for each other, the money is a bonus, the real goal is to learn a lifestyle change. I look forward to next week. I LOVE the theme song !

It's on Wednesday nights at 8 (EST) on NBC. Usually it goes for like 6 weeks with the same group of people. Each week people get voted "off". In between seasons, they are doing these quick 2 week shows with competitions between engaged couples, families and now military wives.

It is sooo good!
