I'm so glad you posted this, because I did this about 2 years ago and still had my old results. After two years of losing weight and exercising, of trading an unhappy job for a happy one and an unhappy marriage for a happy one, I have lowered my "real age" by about 5 years! My results 2 years ago showed that my biological age and my "real age" were about the same. Now today I'm 31.6 and my "real age" is 26.3. Thanks! This felt great for me to hear.

I'm 38, and it says I'm 42. Not a fan, I admit. I'm a vegan eater, and I try to run 4-5 days a week (training for a marathon). I also try to work out with weights 3 days a week as well as other forms of exercise.

Oh! It was refreshing to see that my daily flossing has made me so much younger, now it doesn't seem like such a chore.

I am 23.2 and it said my real age is 22.2! Anything younger is always better. Now if I just drop my extra weight I will have a real age of 16!?! All the fun of being healthy and having the body of a 16 year old without any of the thats awesome.
