I love my hypnosis CD's. I have some for weight loss, waking up in the morning and even to stop self sabotage. I don't listen to them all the time, but when I am feeling out of control and I am stressed. Sometimes I even listen to them just to fall asleep. I sleep so peacefully afterwards. I have never been a morning person but after listening to the Wake Up Cd, for the last 4 months I have been getting up at 5am to workout before work . I love it.
