I'd like to find others who are going to the gym a lot, lifting to gain muscle mass and are eating the right diet to achieve their goals! I'd love new ideas for meals and snacks, and overall motivation from others like me. I post up every single day... food and exercise and would really like to have a group do the same!

Good day! I think that I could be your adherent. I just started to train hard and to care about what I eat. I've decided to refuse meat and milk. I believe that it could help me to train with more benefits. By the way, I wanted to ask someone who knows about sports. Is these resistance bands are good for training at home? I thought about something for my home to make some exercises in the morning.
