I think what they mean is if you have MORE than twenty pounds to lose. I think the little plus sign has something to do with it as well. Don't take it so personally. If someone wants to start a group with people that have any amount to lose its their choice, you should join a group that has your weight goals as their own. No need to be hostile.

I think they just want to make sure they get people who are at the same range and also make sure someone isnt at 155 and wants to lose 5 pounds.....

I know I want to join this group specifically because they must be 170 and need to lose some weight....

I find groups think differently if they have certain amounts to lose... Like you know you can relate to them?...
