New Group: Newsweek Addicts

This group is for people who read Newsweek and want to include comments on major stories and discussions of them in their comments and journals: a) so that our logs are interesting and b) so we have something to talk about besides the size of our asses and c) increase self-esteem by being up on current events and able to discuss them intelligently.

At least that's what my mom always said... or was it "You think you've got it bad? Look what's going on in Africa."

ha ha! I don't read Newsweek, but I think your Mom must be related to my Mom.

Amanda,
I read a post from you previously about your group that also is a book club. Do you have any openings in that group?

Amanda, I don't mean to sound like a picky bitch, but none of those bookclubs sound interesting to me, thanks any way. I'll create my own. I prefer books that make you think deep, eg "The Secret Life of Bees." But really thanks any way, I do appreciate the thought!

I just created a group called "Being healthy, weight loss, active posters, book club." I'm poster at 7:25 PM above who wants to read insightful, thought provoking books while discussing health topics. Please join me at the link below if you are interested.

LOL... Glad that's not how you want to sound. Keep working on it. You'll get there!
