I know this will sound weird but my favorite body part is also my least favorite!!!!

My legs look soooo strong and beautiful when I do ballet on pointe but when I'm just walking around like an everyday person they are my least favorite because they are short and stocky.

Amen sister! I used to love looking in the mirror when I was wearing roller skates (yes, roller SKATES, not blades...LOL, the Olden days!) and I would imagine how much prettier I'd look with the extra 3 inches in the legs....

Now, however, I've learned to love them as they are (and am trying to make them leaner for the future!)

My hands are my first favorite ( I am a massage therapist)

My second would be my butt :)

I don't have any negative issues with any part at this point. Everything has improved so much by being on here and working out.

Take care.

I love my whole body - I know kind of sounds conceited. But after years of working out, I know I'm a total package. I'm no model (5'5), would love to shed 20 lbs, but I know what my body can do and it could look really awesome. Heck, I even like my smallish breasts - they're so shapely and not sagging!

I like my hair. Even when I was at my heaviest, it was always healthy and shiny.

I dislike my stretch marks. I've lost quite a bit of weight, but I know that those pesky stretch marks will never go away.

The PEERtrainer Cheat System is a new, simple to follow system for eating. The objective is to help guide you towards a way of eating that will make it easier to lose weight, give you more energy and help you feel better. It is free, easy to follow, and a little unusual and controversial. Most of all it is working.
