2009 Year End 10 Week Challenge

I do not want to start 2010 full of regret over eating 1 too many holiday cookies, drinking one too many cocktails and having one too many canceled workouts. I also don't want to start 2010 with the same ole' official (or unofficial) resolutions. I want more in 2010 so I want to spend the rest of 2009 knocking some old goals off the list!

I'm starting a team so that we can make the most out of the last 10 weeks of 2009 and get through the holidays focused and committed to our goals. Let's get in that final push through the holidays and start the new year with some serious momentum.

Join now and we'll do Friday check - ins; the first one will be October 23rd and the last one will be January 1, 2010. Time will pass either way. Might as well make the most of it!

I joined. I need a PUSH to get this on a roll again! I lost a little over 20 pounds since May and have been pretty stationary lately. Time to step it up!

Hi, this sounds perfect! I also go through the holidays bummed out cause nothing fits for the parties, and I'm always vowing to start new on the first of the year. This way, if I can take off 10-15 by the first I'll be jazzed for the first to come!!! Where are we meeting tomorrow? Is there a team? or do we check in here?
