strength training

I HATE strength training, but even though I know it's necessary I haven't been able to bring myself to do it. Do you like strength training? If you don't, is there anything you tell youself to get through it? Any thoughts on this would much appreciated.

I love strength training and have to control myself so I don't OVER train. I love the way it rransforms ny body, definitely faster than cardio. I know it is making me stroinger and sculpting my body, ANd if that isn't enough, the added muscle fuels my metabolism so I am buring more calories, even at rest.

I love strength training .. its so great for keeping and getting your body toned.. I guess the best reason other than the high I get is the toning... everyone asks how I have released 193 pounds and dont have extra skin.. I say two things by the grace of God and by toning my body as I went.. so I will keep strength training because I have close to 40some pound sto go to my goal weight and I want to look firm and feel good.

I go through phases where I enjoy it but for the most part I am not a huge fan. I always try to do at least 20 min twice a week though.
Also, there is a pump class at my gym that is more fun that mulling around the weight room. It doesn't always work with my schedule but its a good way to fit in the strength training.
