If not Comfort Food, then what instead? What comforts you?

I'm wondering what to use instead of food when Im bored, lonely, tired, or stressed. I can't seem to remember ever using anything else.

I love putting on a pair of cozy pajamas, curling up and reading a good book or watching a favorite movie/show.

I also love warm baths.

If my mind is racing about something - exercise actually brings me comfort.

Talking with friends and loved ones.
Walking in the woods.
Long hot bath with great scented soap.
Herbal tea.
Sometimes, taking a short nap (sometimes I am simply tired).
Caring for pets.
Writing.
Doing something creative like needle work or knitting.

Go for a walk (with my dog) outside.
Shopping.
Making healthy alternatives or substitutes - I make spiced peaches that taste like cobbler, healthy caramel apple cider thats reallllly good, a cup of coffee, eating spoonfuls of fat free reddi wip instead of ice cream...
Read a book and drink a cup of coffee/tea at a coffee shop
Watch a movie
Stress ball or guy that when you squeeze him his eyes bulge out (very helpful)
Call a friend or relative.
Turn on music really loud and dance to it.
Pilates or Yoga (workout tape or class) really relieves my stress
