I totally hear ya......I've been doing the "monday I'll start anew" for about 15 years. One friend said, just accept yourself and stop doing this to yourself" but I don't feel I can do that either. The coaching program worked really well for awhile, but even that isn't helping as much this time around. If you haven't tried the Point of No Return, try it,,, it really does help. Maybe I have to try that again myself. Was fantastic for me last spring.

I know what you mean, too. It's 'that time' for me and I just get off track and start eating all sorts of things I know I shouldn't be eating.

I say this: a week before my period is the time when I am insatiably hungry. I say I can eat between 2,000 and 2,100 calories this week because I know my body will be burning calories like crazy during my period (I ALWAYS lose the 'period puff' water weight like two days into my period). My insatiable hunger goes away, too.

What I really have problems with is my PMS insanity. It really interferes with my life.
