going away for 10 days but do not want to lose my pt info...

I am going away for 10 days without computer access. How can I prevent pt from giving me the boot and deleting all my info?

Just put yourself on vacation, under my log, preferences.

Go into your "info" and select "preferences" and check the vacation box.
Take care.

Your info is NEVER deleted. If you are removed from your groups by the system, a group with your name and information is created for you. The on vacation/travelling box keeps the system from removing you for 14 days.

someone in one of my groups will soon have an operation. is there some way we can keep her in the group even if she is not able to log in for more than 7 days?
