Any way of knowing your future body?

Does anyone know, or have a way of knowing what your measurements would be if you were at your ideal weight? I know some people said that you should take the measuring tape and squeeze to see where your body is... that worked for one of my friends who said it was almost exactly what she ended up with. I was wondering if anyone knew of a more technical way, some computer thing, or testing center etc? Anyone?

I did the tape measure thing and it did work out to what i ended up being as well

if you are small enough where you can squeeze your fat and actually get down to your bones/organs/muscle it does work

if larger i doubt it would as it would be tough to judge that kind of thing

I always looked for people who had my body type/shape who I thought were a good weight. Even at my goal weight now, I still try and compare my body with similar body types. I have a small but compact, muscular build, and I will never have an hourglass figure or lanky limbs, so it is useless to compare myself to those built like that. But it feels good to say "look at that person's muscles, I love having muscles like that!"

I think there is a program somewhere in the states where they almost xray you kind of thing and then add on your muscle and show you what you would look like thinner. Thats all I know about it, if anyone has further info please put it down to help out the OP!
