To do weight watchers or not...

I did WW a couple of years ago, and it seemed to help me understand about food, and learn to read labels. I'm in a rut again....(started a new job, and have crazy hours for just this month with trainings and what not) and I'm thinking about starting it back up. I think that if I do start WW's again I will have motivation and get back on track. So my question is.....what do you all think?!

if it worked for you before go for it! if it isn't broke don't try to fix. it I always heard grandma say..

weight watchers teaches you to eat real food.. and portion control. all things needed to eat sensibly and mindfully..

I have a lot of friends in my groups and teams that LOVE weight watchers..

I say go for it.. find what works for you and stick with it.

good luck.. I don't follow ww, but if I can help in any way let me know..

I know about ruts and plateus , but I also know you can do anything you set your mind to.. slips and slides happen .. were human.. make a UTurn now. keep climbing your mountain.. we will climb it with you.

another good resource I would recommend is the beck diet solution... not a diet . just a cognitive behavior therapy .. teaches you to approach food in a different way.. good luck again!!!
