Training and fundraising to save lives!
Fellow peer trainers, I need your help!
Just recently I have committed to raising over $3,700 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) to help support blood cancer research that will save lives.
I originally joined The LLS Team in Training to help me train for the infamous Half Dome hike in Yosemite National Park that I will be attempting this upcoming August. What's a better way to train? I thought. I'll be helping others, helping myself, and achieving goals that I never thought I could achieve.
I'm so proud to say that I am raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
