My biggest weakness is sweets. Especially cookies!
Proably my biggest strength is I like to exercise. Right now I am onley walking a tredmill. I use to run but neglect to exercise took care of that. Instead I'm busy feeling sorry for myself. I also got my bicycle out but have onley rode it once thinking "Whats the use"
Weight watchers works for me when I buckle down and do it.

Support Group

I have just started on Peer Tranier with my main goal to find someone to support me in my weight loss. I started my own group called Support Each Other and would love for anyone who is in need of a weight loss buddy or a few to join.. I will make sure to post often and be around for support of whoever would like to join!!!
