Losing wieght fast
Hey everyone, i'm a female wrestler and i'm needing to lose approx. 10 pounds in order to make my weigh in's i have about 2 weeks and i exercise everyday and i'm eating with no sodium in my diet but can't seem to get the weight off. Any suggestions? Thanks.

minimize your meats, breads.. ups your fruits and veg.. especially greens.. darker the better..
measure your food.
weigh your food
just watch your portions..
drink plenty of water
thats what works for me..
if it comes in a box or bag unless its fruit or veg dont touch it. stay away from processed foods.. shop in the outer isles.
