I need help choosing the right multi-vitamin. Help, please?

Hello, I was wondering if someone could recommend a multi-vitamin. I have used Trader Joe's brand but I have to take 3 HUGE pills everyday with a meal. and they had a horrible taste. I am a college student and I honestly don't have time for that. Help please?

Unless you have specific health issues or vitamin deficiencies, an all-in-one vitamin that you just take once a day should be fine for you. Nature Made has some really good all-in-one vitamins. They have a regular one for men, a regular one for women, one for active men, one for active women, then one for over 50 men, and another for over 50 women.

They are all just 1 per day, after any meal of your choice. Just decide which one best suits you. Are you an average person? An active person? An over 50 person? Then choose the one for your gender.

Or you could always go with something like Centrum A-Z or One-a-Day. I believe those brands also have a few choices based on your activity level, age and gender.

Or based on what you said, you may just want to pick a brand that has the smallest tablet.
