Night time eating

This is one of my biggest struggles. Here's a link I found very useful. I adore the author too. She has some really helpful books and she is funny!

Night munching

When 8pm hits, my munchie's hit. I try try try not to give in but the fridge is like a magnet. Also my boyfriend always has a nighttime snack and always tries to get me to eat with him-usually ice cream. Last nigth I thought for sure I could beat it because I had a really good food day...but nope...8pm hit and I got out the chicken salad...

looking for tips!

i brush my teeth immediately after dinner, sometimes after lunch too. that way i avoid the tendency to snack. generally seems to work.

I'm like this too. The teeth brushing thing doesn't work for me. Maybe establish "no food zones" like the living room and bedroom, and try to stay in them at night.

Belly Grumbler

This is my biggest challenge. I work a full time and a part time job and can graze on whatever during the day, but once I'm home (which generally doesnt happen until 7:45 or 8:00 p.m.) and i get relaxed the crazy stomach monster rears its ugly head. It's 9:30, i'm in from my workout and I'm feeling it like CRAZY. I'm gonna refill my water jug, brush my teeth, visit this website and pray I can stay out of the ice box until morning.
