you all have any good advice for losing weight? my goal weight is 110lbs. im 130 now.

take small steps to end up eating lots of fruit and veg, drinking lots of water, eating very little junk and sweets, and exercsing as much as you can. focus on something for as long as it interests you- its good to change ur focus around, whilst always maintaining the important basics. be patient. its taken me about 20 months to lose about 42 pounds, but this way it stays off and i dont wanna give up

My best advice is to eat off small plates. It makes it seem like you're eating more!
Oh, and drink lots of water. Not necessarily because it helps you feel full, but it is just good to keep your body hydrated – especially when you're exercising.

Reduce your food intake by at least 200 calories per day.

Suggest you cut back your food intake by at least 200 calories a day. (Of course the more you cut back. the faster your weight will drop.) Continue your exercise.
