Have you reached your goal?

I lost 22 pounds 3 years ago and maintianed it for 2.5 years, then for some reason the holidays were really brutal, rather I was really brutal on the holidays. I regained all the weight and a few extra because I'm an over acheiver =(
In the last 2 months I've been hard at work to get back to my goal weight, I'm 8 pounds away from my goal (considering losing a few more once I reach it)

So I'm curious about other people who have reached their weight loss goals? How long have you been at your goal weight?

I reached my goal several times, and like you, was even able to maintain it for the most part over several years. However, I have had periods where I have gained a lot of it back and had to start over again. Work stress, holidays, vacations, illness - they all have had there impact at times.

At the moment, I am about 5-6 pounds over goal and struggling to get back to it... again.

I reached my goal weight on April 14, 2008 and I've lost 17 more pounds. I've been maintaining at the extra loss for almost a year. I'm trying to regain some control, though, because I've gained 3 pounds.

In 2.5 years, I verrrry slowly lost 44 lb. I more or less maintained that loss (OK, maybe I gained 1-2 lb) for another 1.5 years. In March, I broke my foot and gained about 5 lb. Now I've lost about 2-3 lb. and intend to get back to 141. It's going slowly, but I WILL lose this weight and keep it off.
