Bra Size

I am 5 ft. 6in, and i weigh 157 pounds. I am a dancer and i may want to do a boy girl duet, which involves me losing weight. I plan to weigh anywhere from 125-140 pounds. I am a 36D and i want to lose a cup size to become a 36C. How many pounds do I have to lose in order to achieve that goal?

Everybody loses weight differently. I went from a 38D to a 36C when I lost 44 lb. (I'm 5' 5 3/4"). Some women don't lose any weight from their breasts; others lose much more than I did.
There are no guarantees.

Depends on your body type

I lost seventy pounds (from 200 to 130) a few years ago and went from a 36D to a 34C. I'm also the type of person that gains weight first in my chest, so when I regained about fifteen pounds recently, it all went back into my bra.

Good luck with your goals!

My boobs had better not shrink or someone is going to get hurt. If they get much smaller, they'll end up being concave.

The person who commented above me is right. I knew a girl who began working out and loss nothing but her chest - She went from a 36C to 34A.
