Does anybody know a way to have a greater weight loss on Weight watchers?

OK I'm doing fine but I lost 3.7 lbs the first week, and .6lbs the second week. I love the program, but at this rate it's gonna take 2 years, and I'm 56

You lost 4.3 lbs in 2 weeks. If you expect to lose more than 2 lbs a week on a regular basis, I can tell you now that you will most likely a) not be successful, get frustrated and quit or b) get all the weight off quickly in an unhealthy way and gain most if not all of it back. So what if it takes 2 years? Don't you want to be at a healthy weight in a healthy way at 58?

Sorry if I sound snarky, but lots of people on here want to lose all the weight "right now". I've been on PT a long time, and most of those people quit. Be in this for the long haul, make lifestyle changes you can live with, and you can lose all the weight you want and keep it off. But it's not going to happen overnight!
