How to keep on track when boyfriend is constant snacker?

How do I keep on track when my boyfriend is a constant snacker? I usually go to bed early and read to keep me away from his constant snacking. He's a wonderful man and I'm grateful to have him in my life. He's a fab cook and he makes everything low fat for me but he is always eating and not gaining. How do I make this work?

When my boyfriend snacks and I am not hungry but feel tempted- I get myself a nice glass of water. Everytime I think about snacking I take a sip. Eventually I am so full from the water I don't want food plus I'm then hydrated :) if I am hungry for a snack a few almonds or a piece of fruit does the trick!

Thanks for the comment...I drink so much water it's scary...I've been doing the once I used all my calories for the day I floss and brush my teeth so I'm not tempted to get them dirty again. If that doesn't work I go to bed and read.

Just do what I do. Ignore his snacking. Its easier than you think.
It took me a week and it comes naturally to me now. My hubbs just had a cookie I half coated in chocolate and I didn't even move.
I find other things to occupy mu mind like my fur babies or this post for example.
