new weight loss plan?
my goal is to lose 10 pounds. ive been getting at least 30 minutes of cardio in a day plus i do additional core workouts and leg workouts. ive been eating about 1200 calories of healthy foods a day also. how long should it take me to reach my goal?

Depends on a few things, but you can figure it out. You can use the Harris Benedict Equation to figure out your approximate daily calorie needs - it's based upon your height, weight, age and activity level. Take that number and subtract what you're eating - 1200; mulitiply that number by 7 (the calorie deficit you accure in a week) and divide that by 3500 (calorie deficit you need to lose a pound) and you've got how many pounds per week you can expect to lose.
Any time I use this equation, my weight loss, when averaged, is pretty much spot on with the calculations.
