Counting Negative Calories

I am counting calories, and I eat alot of strawberries and asparagus, which i know are negative calories. should i count them?

What are negative calories? I've never heard of that before.

As I understand it (I heard this from a scientist studying this very topic), there are no foods that have negative calories.

The only thing that possibly comes close is ice water because your body has to expend energy to warm it up. Water has zero calories, so you are spending more energy on it than you took in.

There are no such things as negative calories. No diet program ~ not Jenny Craig, not Weight Watchers, not NutriSystems, none ~ hold to the thought process of negative calories. It doesn't exist. Not even the whole "cold water" thing is a negative calorie possibility. Sorry to disillusion you, but negative calories just don't exist.
