How do you burn fat quicker?

Hey, I was just wondering if there were any tips or exercises that help you to burn fat quicker?

Your body can burn fat as it's primary fuel source, or glucose. So choose a diet that encourages your body to burn fat. Your body can make glucose without taking in glucose, should anyone make the errant statement that your body needs carbs.

A List Of Things That Will Help You Burn Fat Quicker

-eating lots of vegetables
-switching from rice to quinoa (has a co-enzyme which helps turn food into energy)
-running very slowly or walking for more than 30 minutes. This gets your body into "fat burning" mode
-eat good fats like coconut oil
-cut down on fruit and fructose
-drink green tea- that is a proven fat burner
-cut way down or eliminate gluten

Chiseled is a free online workout series developed by Bodylastics. They have different programs and you play them on your computer while you workout. They are really amazing. They have programs for guys, programs for women.

You will definitely burn some fat if you do one of their workouts. Great suggestion.
