How To Make Frozen or Fresh Greens Taste Incredible (Kale, Collareds, Mustard Green, Spinach)

I tried this, it was great! Almost forgot the lime - it was delicious squeezed over the top!

I've been eating kale with ginger, chili and garlic for a while - I liked the addition of the cumin. Made me think of using more saag-like spices next time.

I eat mine with a thin tahini sauce -
for 2:

2 level T tahini, softened in microwave.
2T rice vinegar (unsweetened), stir in.
A dash of Bragg's Amino Acids
Chili sauce to taste.
Enough water to make a thin sauce which can be dripped onto the greens.

This sauce serves the purpose of the lime in the Incredible recipe - it brightens the flavor. Also adds some healthy fat, so the greens can be digested better, since I usually steam them.
