Form to log Peer Trtainer Cheat System

I'm a lapsed Peer Trainer member who is coming back and wanting to try using the Cheat System. Has anyone seen or developed a format to daily log in cheats, earned extra cheats from eating enough greens, etc ?

Also in counting cheats, if you roast a pan of root veggies in 3TBL of Olive oil, would you count that as 2 cheats? In other words is each additional TBL of oil past the first counted as a cheat?

Chalant, I haven't see it, I've only seen logs that place the number of cheats per each meal in that particular meal category.

Thanks for your post. I'm just trying to keep the record keeping simple so I will not drop off logging in.
And in fact, now that you brought my attention to it, I have always wished PT had a space in the daily log for snacks AFTER dinner because that is where all the action is for me.
