Too busy for myself!

Hi, everyone. If you are like me, you are multi-tasking like a banshee and don't have even a minute for yourself. As a result, you get stressed and snack on whatever you can find in the fridge, indulge in too many diet sodas, and don't exercise. Let's get together to encourage each other to find 40 minutes a day for ourselves and cut out the soda and limit the indulgences! I am sure I am not alone....!
