A new group for those that have done the PEERtrainer, JJ Virgin, Cleanse program and would like to continue on this path, avoiding the reactive foods (peanuts, corn, soy, eggs, dairy, wheat) and keeping them to a bare minimum (maybe only a couple times a month?) or not eating them at all.
