I'm curious what you guys think about this program?

I LOVE IT

Im actually doing it right now..........althought im not REALLY sticking to it, since i havent been working out like i should be.- i work out about 2 times a week :(
I really think Bill Phillpis makes sence.........keeps on motivating you until you really feel like you can do it:)
Try to pick up the audio tapes........they are great when you can readt the book.

I did it for a while, but found the workout method, although it's supposed to be highly simplified, a little too complicated. I just prefer to 2-3 sets of what I'm working -- go for the "burn" in the muscles and you know you are doing something. Easier and quicker than doing 5 sets of various reps.

I thought his basic diet idea is good though -- the basic idea that you should try to eat frequent, smaller meals, and get a protein and carb in at every meal. You get one free day to eat whatever you want and this helps you maintain control the rest of the week.

sounds sort of like the Zone, but with more meals. But the Zone is super complicated, so it sounds like they used those concepts and made it easier to implement.

What does Body For Life do for the exercise part of the equation?

I did body for life around two years ago. I stopped it only because it was not something I thought I could continue. I hated the cardio (not to mention many fitness experts thinks that type of cardio is bunk) and the workouts were really long.

But I say, the best way to lose weight and get fit is the plan you are going to stick to!
