Whats better for you a diet soda or a mocha?

Well I have studied that the diet soda tricks your brain into eating or desiring to eat more. But then I have a question. If you dont fall for the trcik and just drink one a day and not all the bad foods on top of it, is it really that bad for you? I was drinking a Mocha every morning and decided it was too much sugar, so I decided to drink one diet soda every morning instead. I dont grab a bite to eat with it just the soda. Then I walk 3 to 4 miles a day. Plus if diet soda is bad for you. How much walking or exercising does it take to burn off the 1 can of soda?

Well--I don't think you can "burn off" the negative effects of the chemicals in diet soda. It is about the chemicals. what your body goes through to metabolize them, and the impact on your brain not the calories. It is great that you are walking 3 or 4 miles per day though. Sounds like you want caffeine in the mornings--would coffee w/ cream be a stepping stone toward maybe black tea and then maybe green tea? I love a cup of coffee in the mornings and used to drink it all day long. Now it is just that one cup and with all the nutrient rich foods on the cheat program I have enough energy the rest of the day so I don't miss it. I'm hoping to transition to black tea then green tea. Good luck to both of us.
