I lost 15 pounds from Jan. 12 until March 20 using the PEERtrainer Cheat System, logging every single day no exceptions,increasing my activity. Good luck.
Oh--I also signed up for the Point of No Return and really appreciated the coaching advice and activities. I'm currently going over the 12 session again to increase my understanding of why I eat and how to make little shifts that are going to serve me long term.

Here are some tips to reduce weight quickly. Mostly people eat with out any knowledge. It create problem for them and increase level of fat with in body.
I write some tips to reduce weight:-
Regular exercise is must for 30 to 40 mints.
Do other activities like running, walk, jogging, swimming. These are simple work out to burn fat level.
Use fresh fruits.
Eat raw and boiled vegetables.
Neglect all the fat and oily foods items. Which have high level of protein and cholesterol level.
Avoid smoking and other bad habits.
Stay active all the day.

Well There are so many tips which we can follows to lose weight rapidly . You have to focus on these tips if you are serious on weight loss . these tips are as follows:
Eat light foods and avoid from foods which contain oil and fats in them
Drink water as possible as you can and also drink milk without fats as well
Getting exercise is very good idea for weight loss
