Weight loss...

I want to loss weight with in 6 months. I make a challenge with my friend who lose weight fast. At current i'm 165 Ibs and i want to lose it at 145 Ibs. Is it possible and have any suggestion like work out, diet plan which lose weight with fast routine.

Well I weight loss is the major concern of people including you which can be done with proper diet plan and proper and regular exercise in the morning . You can lose weight to 145 lbs within 4 months if you follow the tips given below :

Add fruits and green vegetables in dieting plan
Eat normal foods and avoid to take fast foods and foods which contain oil
Drink fruits juices and water
Exercise can not be ignored so get it regularly
