NIght/Sleep Eating

Over the past few years, I've begun waking up to eat. I seem to be in a near-sleep state, though I am somewhat aware of what I'm doing. However, as soon as I eat something...usually crackers or chips, I feel disgusted with myself and go back to bed. Sounds crazy! It's very frustrating because I don't know how to stop doing it.

If you are a girl who went on a diet then I know what is wrong with you. First of all, girls tend to believe that if they eat less during a day they will become fitter emptying their stomach, however when evening comes you cannot prevent yourself from a temptation to have something to calm down yourself. Juts a small clarification for you, if during a day you eat many times in small portions, you will never want to eat in the evenings. This is not me who tells you this, many nutritional specialist mention this on writing service nutrition blogs.
